The four-day 2018 Taiwan International Boat Show concluded on March 18 after attracting over 20,000 visitors and selling 13 yachts.
The event, held at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, was jointly organized by the Bureau of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Kaohsiung City government, and TAITRA, and attracted some 726 buyers from 31 countries.
The yachts sold at the event included two 70-foot vessels, three 58-footers, a 32-footer, a 30-footer and several smaller yachts.
The event is the only professional exhibition of yachts and related equipment in the country according to the event's website, which added that it is also Asia's largest indoor boat exhibition.
