Chen Huihuang, general manager of KCM, said that the machine adopts mechanical transmission design, and its transmission gears are precision ground, which has the characteristics of fast cutting speed and low noise. In addition, this model is equipped with a servo system “high speed sizing” feeding system design, which can cut 100 steel bars per minute.

The end face is flat and the roundness is high. In particular, the quality, performance, precision, etc. can exceed the same model of the Japanese manufacturer, but the price is more economical than the Japanese machine.

Recently, the company has innovated and developed a heated “bar steel heating high-speed precision cutting machine” (RF-450IH). This model can be used to cut the steel bar to the optimum processing temperature required for 300~400 °C through the specially designed heating system.

Thereby, the structure of the steel bar is prevented from being damaged by the structure caused by the cutting, and the high safety quality requirements of the workpiece are ensured. And it is also equipped with a “servo transmission high-speed sizing” feeding system, which can be said to be a new tool for producing valvetrain for cars and locomotives.

In addition, the company has set up a branch in Taicang, Jiangsu, China, to provide faster, higher quality professional services to the Chinese market.
